Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. The return period begins on the date of receipt. If items from one order arrive separately, the period for each item begins when that item is received.

Jjkaixiang pays return postage for every return reason, including a change of mind, a defect, arrival damage, or an incorrect item. We do not charge restocking, return handling, exchange handling, or refund processing fees.

Requesting a return

Email info@jjkaixiang.com within 30 calendar days after receipt. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. You can also call +1 951 774 3518.

Contact us before paying for postage. We will organize the seller-paid return shipping and explain the next steps. This helps us identify the package and prevents you from paying a cost that we are responsible for.

Use the return instructions provided by customer service, pack the item securely, and include your order number. Keep the shipping receipt or tracking information until the return has been completed. Return postage will not be taken from the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the same 30-day period, subject to the availability of the requested replacement. We cover the postage for the returned item and do not charge an exchange handling fee. Tell us which replacement you prefer so we can check availability and explain any price difference or replacement delivery arrangement before proceeding.

If the requested replacement cannot be supplied, you may choose a refund instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

Tell us about arrival damage, a defect noticed on delivery, or an item supplied in error within 7 calendar days after receipt. Send the order number and a description of the problem; photos of the item and packaging are useful when available. We will help arrange a return, replacement, or refund and pay the related return postage.

The 7-day reporting period helps us investigate delivery problems quickly. It does not shorten the 30-day return period or limit any consumer rights that apply.

Refund timing

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. After we receive the returned item, the refund will reach your account within 10 calendar days. The period includes return checking and refund processing.

We will confirm when the refund has been issued. If the money has not appeared by the end of the 10-day period, contact info@jjkaixiang.com so we can trace the transaction with the payment provider. Applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.
