Shipping policy

Jjkaixiang currently ships to customers in the United States. Shipping charges are shown in U.S. dollars. Delivery estimates below describe carrier transit after an order has been dispatched.

Order preparation

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing covers order preparation and takes place before carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Available delivery services

Including the processing period, the estimated total is 8-17 business days for standard shipping and 6-10 business days for expedited shipping. Expedited service changes the estimated transit time after dispatch; the 1-2 business day processing period still applies.

The timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier interruptions, weather, public holidays, address problems, or other events outside the normal delivery process may affect arrival. If an order is outside its estimated window, contact us with the order number so we can investigate.

Tracking information

We provide tracking after the parcel is dispatched. The tracking number is sent to the checkout email address. A carrier may take a short time to record the first scan after receiving the parcel.

If tracking stops updating, the parcel appears overdue, or a delivery marked complete cannot be located, email info@jjkaixiang.com. We will review the shipment details and assist with the delivery inquiry.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully before submitting payment. If you need a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be changed; after dispatch, carrier limits may prevent an update.
